  • I have no issue with the people on the floor, but management is terrible. They screwed up a delivery, which would have been forgivable if management returned my calls and took some responsibility. But they didn't. Ever. They simply didn't own up to their mistakes. I'll never trust them with a purchase again, much less an extended warranty.
