  • it was 230pm, lunch rush was well over. Numerous empty tables, but all were dirty with no where to sit that was clean. The ice machine was empty and 20 minutes later it was still empty. the floor needed swept. Cost me almost $5 for a cookie and a small drink!! Keep driving south about 1 mile and you will find a Panera that is 200% nicer and clean!!! This store needs new management!! Thanks Paul Ortman Mesa AZ
