  • I spoke with one of PHX Southwest supervisor's tacy B. about their policy of overbooking flights and why they would force a bump on a family off of a flight and only send a crying 7 year old forward and send dad and brother 3 days later. She was by far the rudest person I have ever felt with, I'm 65. She just turn and walked away. One of their ticket agents rolled his eyes and gave me 1 855 239 4654 to call. I will never fly Southwest again...
