  • Steak and shake is one of my favorite fast food restaurants so the rating is not representing the food. The service at this particular location is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I know from experience that the drive thru line is always lengthy and I was prepared for that. However, after waiting 25 minutes (at least) for my combo #1, I finally pull up to receive attitude from John at the window. He wouldn't listen to anything I was saying and kept responding with "have a good night" to move me along. When I asked for more ketchup he smartly ended up handing me probably the rest of their inventory which was a bit unnecessary and forgot my drink! He gave me attitude, yet again when i asked for the drink that I ordered, and paid for. It's a shame they have people like John working the window who ruin the entire experience.
