  • I am surprised by the bad reviews and scared me a bit before going but my whole expierence was pleasant. I spoke with various phone reps whom were all nice. My calls were always answered. My phone dropped a call and the rep called me back which was nice. All reps spoken to were polite, helpful and courteous. I arranged a CT scan and MRI to be scheduled bck to back in the same day. Everything was on time and went as scheduled. The front office staff were very nice and efficient. I had a different tech for each scan and both were extremely nice and made sure I was comfortable. The facility was very nice looking and clean. My husband had been to another locattion and said the same thing. While I was there a woman was very upset she wanted to private pay and not use insurance which isn't policy. I do not know the reasons for this but as she went off on the site office lead, which I will never understand they do not make the rules, she was very calm and nice and explained things. I watched the whole thing. Then the lady called maybe her doctors office who ordered her scan or someone else at simon med in a higher position and I was shocked at her exxageration of the whole thing and not what happened which is why you can not always go by reviews. I am not even going by this situation specifically but people do blow things out of proportion especially if mad and do lie. Some people I am sure have legitimate reasons for being upset when giving reviews and some people just like to complain. Regardless, even though she said she would go elsewhere I ended up seeing her waiting for a scan after mine. I have a feeling why she could not private pay but am not going to go into it, and I feel bad her deductible was high but take that up with your insurance company. I have a pet peeve when people get after people who just work there. I am pretty sure there is a reason for the policy and all imaging places will have it so my guess is why she stayed. Anyways the staff handled it all very appropriately so props to them while tending to patients. I saw 3 employees up front. So I would recommend this location and my husband went to the other Greenfield location for an MRI and said was pleasant and had no issues. All insurance issues was taken care of beforehand and I had met my deductible so it was 100% covered and no issues. Thank you for a pleasant expierence SimonMed!
