Last year end of October we were two couple used Air Canada fly back to Los Angeles,
because weather and oversold, Gabriel is floor supervisor had offer each of us 800 Canadian
money to stay overnight and catching fly early morning back to LAX, two weeks later we all
received the CHECK from Air Canada. I went to Chase want to find out how much the rate was
and NOT CASH THAT CHECK YET (bank had to scan through) that how they can find out the rate.
Couple of weeks later finally, I went to Chase again to cash these two checks
(one for my husband and one was mine).
Four month later AIR CANADA WENT THROUGH MY CHECK ACCOUNT WITHDREW
$599.00 (equal to 800 Canadian) UNDER MY HUSBAND CHECK (the check was issues to under his name)
I went back and fore with Air Canada Customer Relation Department asked them about this issue, took them over month to give me the answer was: Attempted cash my husband twice
from smartphone device (it was lier because I never trust to do banking on my phone)
My bank required copy of their bank account proof my husband check had cash twice, but
Ms Christina Smith (customer relations) said it's nothing she can do about it.
I was patience waiting for better response but nothing happen, therefore, I had to
ask my Lawyer sent a letter to Air Canada over week ago still silence.
This is an legal issue, if I don't get a check 800 Canadian check back from them, we should bring this issue out to Media and let people know how Air Canada is.
