I saw 'another' two rebar stains in my plaster pool this winter and decided to pull the trigger on a remodeling. I interviewed 4-5 pool remodeling companies, and found Aquavida was the best choice given my budget and relaxed schedule. The pool decking was fine, but the antiquated time and plaster required a chip-out. The pool light was shot, and I was sick and tired of checking the pool water level every morning. The aerators were falling apart, and my motor timer settings were rusting. Everything was second class.
We went for the remodel using aqua-blue pebblesheen and picked out a tile that blended well with the pebblesheen and the cool decking. I worked out the inclusion of a new LED pool light and an autofiller within the bid.
If you expect a pool to be chipped out and completely rebuilt/restarted in 3 days, this may not be the company for you. I was far more flexible when I approached the company in early May and said "we need to swim by Memorial Day". The flexibility paid off as the scheduling took place over a two week span. I was not able to attend the final set-up, so one of the Aquavida team came out and did a pool walkthrough with me after the fact.
The pool came out perfect and it has been running great since the startup. All the imperfections are gone ... i'm still in the habit of looking at the pool water level each morning, but I should break that habit in another month, since it is always perfect.
I recommend Aquavida remodeling company as every aspect of the job was delivered on point. Give them two weeks ... and they will deliver a terrific-looking, structurally sound pool.
