| - It was my first time eating here, and I absolutely enjoyed my experience at this cute, humble Korean restaurant. The owners are a adorable elderly husband & wife duo who are super friendly and make you feel at home. The husband is the front of the house, and the wife works in the kitchen. They provide great customer service and will happily attend to your needs! I commend those who are happy on their jobs.
You can tell they are probably new to owning a business in the restaurant industry. I wasn't asked if I wanted something to drink, although if you ask them they will be quick to serve you. The restaurant is quiet and small with minimal decor, and there are only 5 tables, but don't let that turn you away. Their food and service quality are WORTH IT.
They put out the creamy chicken soup first, along with the basic side dishes. The soup was savory, delicious and the perfect amount for a starter dish. I ordered the kimchi fried rice and it was amazing and of homemade quality. It was $9, but the portion was big and it could easily feed 2 people. The wife gave me a free serving of japchae, which was equally as delicious.
I'm happy to say I will be coming back. :) The owners have my heart, and I am in love with this place already.
