  • Downstairs toilet started leaking last night at the base. Called first thing this morning and Miguel arrived just after 1 p.m. The wax ring was bad which I could fix but the metal ring was completely rusted and wouldn't hold the toilets bolts. I couldn't get the ring off. Miguel was quick, replaced wax seals and the ring and also replaced the water valve on the wall that wouldn't completely shut off. Totally impressed and I'm a career aircraft mechanic. $125 that included $30+ in parts. I will definitely refer them to anyone.
