  • the ribs and the brisket were KILLER. my goodness, we had a variety plate and I wish I would have only ordered ribs. The sides were also flavorful, and I appreciated the variety in sauces available. The brisket fell apart en route from the platter to my plate...that is how tender it was. I was pleased with this stop and would come back again.
