  • These guys are absolutely AMAZING. I opened my refrigerator to get some ice out of the freezer. I go on my back deck for five minutes and, next thing I know, there is water POURING out of the water line from my fridge. It took me five minutes to shut off the water line and in those five minutes, my bottom floor of my house was at least a full 2 inches deep in water. I have wood floors all throughout my bottom floor, by the way. I did a google search and LVR came up first, so I called their 24 hour emergency line (this happened at 10 pm on a Friday night). To my surprise, they actually answered the phone. He announced himself as Joe and, after explaining my situation, Joe said, "We're packing our stuff into the truck now. We'll be there within the hour". Next thing I know--within the hour stated--there was a knock on my door and it was LVR. It was Joe (the owner) and his master plumber, Jason. Joe made me feel that I was in great hands. He said that he would run it through my homeowner's insurance and that he would try his best to make it so I didn't have to come out of pocket for any of the repairs. Joe even stood with me while I phoned my homeowner's insurance and helped me through the initial claim process. All the while, Jason worked diligently to start the restoration process right then and there. Jason was at my house on that first night until just after 5 am--tearing the floor out, tearing out the drywall in the kitchen, and setting up the dryers to air out the water. The restoration process was fast and furious from that point forward and the entire job was done in a matter of a week and half. In that short time, they completely restored my kitchen, replaced all the wood flooring on my first level, re-painted the entire kitchen and added an accent wall in my living room. At the end of it all, Joe and his partner, Blane, stopped by to inspect the final product. They couldn't have been more thorough. I even pointed out a couple of things that needed slight adjustments and they called a guy out that same night to make the necessary adjustments. Bottom line: This is the ONLY company you want to call if you find yourself in a situation like mine. It was the best experience I've EVER had with people I've had over to make any kind of repairs/restorations to my house!
