  • Been here twice, both times they had small selection of the plants I wanted and I could not find anyone to ask questions to, only teenage/young stock people who didn't know. The plants they did have were also in bad shape. Oddly enough, both times I went (a year apart) I was told they were sending someone to help me with my questions and nobody ever came. This last visit I asked three different people, and all three said they were going to get someone and nobody every showed up after thirty minutes of waiting. It was a simple question (where are the snake plants) that I could not get an answer to, and they asked me on the way out "nobody ever came?" as if surprised - three requests should have been sufficient. I went down the street to home depot who surprisingly had better prices, more selection of the plants I wanted (indoor), and attentive & knowledgeable employees who answered all my questions. I don't know about the other locations but this one was terrible in all categories (price, service, quality) and a waste of time.
