  • Went there for allergy problem. Spent less then a couple minutes with doctor Chu who prescribed two prescriptions not telling me what they would do to help me . When I received these prescriptions I told the office staff I needed the doctor to send it to my mail order in to Humana Pharmacy .She said she would take care of it. I called 3 times after waiting several days to the office but they never sent my prescription to Humana. I don't think the doctors or office staff communicates with one another once you leave the office . Another bad problem you can't make a appointment until after you call and leave a message. Just think if you had a emergency and needed to talk to a doctor. Worse office I've ever been to.
