  • NEVER go to these people. These folks were sent by my home warranty company to diagnose a water leak. The guy told me it was a leak in the irrigation system. After paying to have my yard dug up, turns out it wasn't the irrigation system. They came back out and didn't even look before claiming it was a leak under the house. They then refused to reimburse me for their misdiagnosis, so I had to take them to small claims. I won the case and made a claim against their insurance. I was awarded the amount claimed, as well as court costs and legal fees. I went to Accurate Leak Detection, who found the leak (in the main) and had it fixed in 24 hours.
