  • I have been visiting your practice on Bell road for many years now. I have up to this point been treated with respect and dignity. Until today. I went in the female doctor who saw me, was rude, immediately on defense. Even asking a question if she had been briefed on my issues, started a condescending tone stating she was a doctor and that she asks questions. I am not a 2 year old. I am a grown man with a spine issue that was identified years ago. She claimed there was no information in her file showing I had any issues. Their was no information on my prior daily medication that did not work prior to the spine diagnosis. claimed they are all migraines and that I needed treatment for that. I disagreed with her but offered the option to try regardless of my reservations. She informed me that I was not wanting to get better. I informed her that I was willing to get better. She would not hear any of it. She cut me off regularly and basically disregarded everything I said. Most importantly the fact I was begging for a solution to my issue. Yet she continued to hammer down that I did not want to get better. Who would want to stay in pain for their whole life? that is madness. Basically I was treated like a uninformed idiot with no concept of reality. I will not be returning to your practice at Bell as a result of the disrespect that I revived during my visit. I furthermore found it to be a colossal waste of time. I feel that she was wanting my money, I needed to listen to her 100% and I just needed to accept that, and my input that is based on years of documentation and visits meant nothing in her eyes. She even proceeded to argue with me about wanting to get better after I had said I was leaving, followed me into the hallway and continued with that. I believe since she was so busy insulting me and belittling my intelligence as a person, that I should be refunded for the visit. I also want all of my medical records as soon as possible as I will not be returning to a practice that has out of control doctors that intentionally upset patients in pain. That is a very twisted approach to medicine, and I will not be a party to that kind of treatment if you want to call it that.
