  • The family has had tickets for the team since 1987. Been respected and appreciated through 3 team names and 2 venues. Tried to stick around and watch the Giants vs Pats NFL game 5 minutes after the end of the hornets barely holding off a 30 point lead to win by less than 10. 10 minutes after the game was over I was harshly and aggressively told to vacate the property while myself and hundreds of other fans caught the tail end of an NFL game on the venues tv's. They chased us out of the club level with threats and rudeness and then had the audacity to do the same to over 100 people near the suite and club level elevator area. I could not believe the disrespect and unappreciative attitude they spoke to is especially after spending close to $400.00 to attend the game I had just been a part of. Shame on the management! Over 20 years of seamless season tickets and no form of customer respect and appreciation is present to this day. They wonder why no team support is evident and complain that the die-hard fans don't do enough. Wake up and take a look at where your money is coming from. The lower bowl pays your bills in case you forgot.
