  • I had a coupon that I bought online for a full detail with shampoo of upholstery (silver package). Took the car in and they said that it was only for a hand wash and wipe down. Very dissapointing as the seats needed some TLC. They also ran the car while cleaning...which was weird. I had purchased two of these coupons to use, and when I returned later in the summer (since I had already bought it) they refused to clean the car because it had expired. There was no expiry on the coupon, which I clearly pointed out. But they wouldn't budge. The deal site I had used also wouldn't give me a refund, and has since gone under.
