Went here for my birthday lunch yesterday, suggested by other members of our 4-pack. Collectively, I give Hubbard 3 stars but I'd give my meal 1 star. The corned beef on my Reuben was inedible, I pulled it all off and tried to enjoy what was left of it. I feel like they were getting rid of the leftovers from St. Patrick's day....it was thick, extremely tough, and dry. I attempted to cut it into smaller pieces but even a fork and knife couldn't tear through it. Another member of our party said her one piece was like that but the other was fine. My fries were average, but generous. My husband had the smokehouse burger that he said was amazing, and my grandpa's scalloped potatoes and ham was "just ok".
The service was attentive, but not overly friendly. She did notice my gift and let us know I got a free slice of pie for my birthday =)
We noticed they were on a wait when he left at 12:45p, so this place obviously stays busy. The restaurant and bathrooms were incredibly clean.
The mint Oreo pie was delicious!
