  • The worst ulta. I made a brow appointment here over he phone a few years ago and drove down only to be told that they don't do brows on Tuesdays or whatever day I was there. My name wasn't in any book or written down anywhere, so whoever answered the phone just ruined my day. The staff here is pushier than most Ultas. I've never received a reward of any kind here beyond $3 off $10 (only valid on drug store items, nothing branded), so I hate giving them my phone number because it's a waste of time. I refused to give it once and was pushed for it again. I said no and the saleswoman walked from the register to another customer in line and asked for their phone number to put in my rewards! It was so weird. Just let me check out. I told her I didn't want any number in the system with my order because she was being so rude. She became aggressive and told me I had no empathy. Sorry I wanted to check out and move on. I ended up speaking to the manager and returning everything I purchased because the situation was so bizarre. The other employees witnessed her yelling at me and just gave me rude looks, as if it was my fault. I wasn't interested in buying a product once and an employee there also pressured me until I basically ran from the store. They really don't take no for an answer to the point where the customer looks rude because they have to be to get the employee off their back. I'd drive to another ulta or order online or go to sephora.
