This was an issue from the beginning - got a $5100 bed and it has been sliding off the frame now since the first 3 nights. I found the salesperson rushed and if it hadn't of been a gift that my husband really wanted to get me for Christmas I wouldn't have gone through with the Yonge and Lawrence location as I found the salesperson more than pushy and then delivery was a massive issue despite my being hospitalized they acted like I was such an inconvenience for being hospitalized and having to rebook the delivery. Very unhappy with the process from start to finish and I will NOT be dealing with them again sadly as I was quite happy with the other last few mattresses and salespeople at other locations but I will be bringing my business elsewhere in future. After spending $5100 for a bed that doesn't fit the frame and having to push it in position 10 times a night I was better off on my old mattress.
