My wife bought me a gift certificate for a detailing. I called to make an appointment. It wasn't possible to speak with anyone, but the message directed me to an appointment section on their website, which turned out to be non-existent. I called back and left a message for them to return my call. No response. So, I just showed up and they said I could drop the vehicle off an pick it up at 6pm. They did a good detail job. But, when I got home and removed the plastic from the seats, I discovered the seat adjustment knob had been snapped off (extreme pressure had to have been used to break the steel seat axle). I called and left another message. No response. The next day I returned to Clean Freak. They took pictures of the damage and said the manager would call me within 24-48 hours. No response. I left a third voicemail and sent an email. Again, no response. Customer service is non-existent. My issue remains unresolved.
