  • Found this place yesterday for lunch. I got a chimichanga and it was the best I have ever had! I could actually tell what I was eating, this may sound weird but usually when you get a chimichanga at most places you are kind of just trusting what they put in yours and you cant really tell what your eating. The thing I liked about frank & lupes is that my rice and beans actually look like rice and beans. Good service and great food, one of my new faves for mexican food in scottsdale.
