  • I contacted Black Hat on Monday night after a neighbor a fee houses down was broken into. Tuesday i received a call from Cameron, he was very nice, incredibly informative, and very customer focused. Once I decided to move forward he sent me to Courtney to set up my install. Here we are on Wednesday and Landon showed up at 9am with all of my alarm components, he was done with the install by 11am, and even walked me through the alarm.com website, the app for my phone, and the control pad. He even, un-necessarily wore white hospital booties over his shoes. So far my experience has been great! I recommend Black Hat to everyone.
