Completely destroyed my engine back in 2010. I took my Audi in to get my air fuel sensor fixed, oil change, and a new oil pan. Immediately when I got back car back it started jerking back and forth. I went back in the shop and asked what was happening and the guy said it needed time to break in. I was young and naive. I drove it and it would do it once and a while but not always. This is not something that should be happening in a car at all tho and has never happened before. Then about a month after I get my car back from them I am driving and I see smoke coming from the engine. I pull over and lift the hood and the smoke is coming from where the oil goes. I check it and it is so black and tar like. OMG! I took my car to another shop and spent 12,000 getting my whole engine rebuilt because they destroyed it. I am writing this 6 years later because Yelp wasn't really a thing back then and I notice they have almost a 5 star review. I can't imagine these reviews being real. Screw this place so much. So untrustworthy and still pisses me off.
