  • Sushi and value, that's what this place is all about. If you're interested in paying for the decor and beautiful waitresses, don't come here. If you are a Benihanas person, there are better places for you. If you're rating Katsu-ya 4 and 5 stars in (Los Angeles), this is probably not your cup of tea. If you like simple, authentic, fresh sushi at very reasonable prices considering the location on the strip, I highly recommend this place. If it matters to you, most of the staff, including the sushi chef, is Japanese. The average rating is way too low, but to each his own.
