Appreciate the hipster vegfriendly artisanal hippie corn kale local vibe in here. Came here cuz it always piques my interest when we get arepas.
Service is good, a little intense at times, but props for one worker running all of the FOH. Do you all know how hard that is!
Churros are okay. Like, really. Just okay. I wouldn't go here just for them, but if I couldn't find my favorite churroman, I'd settle. At least they are fresh & use real cinnamon. But they are quite expensive for a single churro. I'm used to a giant bag of like 20 for ~6bucks. I'm used to gorging on them, sharing a bag with friends & family. Wtf is ONE churro?
Also, for some reason, the dudes cannot ever deliver the churros only lightly sugared as I request. So prepare to shake them each off, if you are used to them more authentic & with a lighter sugar/cinnamon coating than drenched in it.
