  • Bought a shotgun from Big 5 this week. The owner helped us with the selection process (along with paper work) and provided excellent customer service. He answered any questions we had regarding the purchase. The experience felt very comfortable. Went back to the store two days later. The manager, Tim was very helpful and welcoming. He addressed our concerns promptly and was very professional along the way. The issue turned out to be minor. However, due to my lack of knowledge about how shotguns worked, I was not able to resolve the problem without Tim's assistance. Problem solved in about 5 minutes. Thanks Tim. I'd highly recommend this Big 5 for gun related purchases.
