  • I had been going to Envy since they opened 4 years ago. It was good then. It has been recently sold and it's now terrible . Very understaffed and different staff every time I've been there. First time I was there my gel fill was a disaster with polish peeling off in a week. Second time the staff didn't understand what I wanted and started the wrong process. Third and final time I made an appointment, got there on time, one staff member was sitting in pedicure chair reading, no clients in the salon. I waited a few minutes and another staff member came and told me where to sit and then he disappeared into the back room. After a few more minutes I got up and left. Went to Nini Nails.....they're great.
