  • Ordered 3 Grande drinks through the drive through window and as we drove away we discovered 2 of the cups were cracked and leaking , filling up my cars cup holder. We brought the drinks back and we heard an , " oh sorry" and nothing else. They didn't offer to upsize our drinks , or offer food or offer towels to clean up my car . Nothing. They did say they have been having trouble with their grande cups leaking and that it. They gave us our drinks and said nothing . What poor customer service. If you go to this one check your cups before you leave .
