Came here expecting a fine dining experience but ended up being very underwhelmed. We both ordered from the pre-theater menu; in addition, I ordered the wine pairing. The wine pairing was a big mistake... I'm not a wine snob, but i actually had to request a different glass be brought out since one of the glasses of wine had a funky smell to it. The quality of wine pairing was mediocre at best.
Overall the food was just ok. I had salad for appetizer, filet for entree, and root beer float for dessert. Everything was reasonable but nothing stood out. Well, the cookies that came with the float were pretty good. But that's not really what I came here for.
I think the biggest disappointment was that our server didn't seem very experienced. He couldn't really describe the dishes that well and ended every description with "It's really good".
It just didn't live up to my expectations having dined at Bellagio before (Aqua) and having a fantastic meal.
