  • Been a while (10/12 years) since I had been to the Kensington Pub... I used to frequent the pub three times a week until being transferred, now that I am back I thought let stop in and see what's up, it was great to see some old faces... one of the gals (Cor) remembered me, some renovations and a comfortable environment. The family owned and run business has not changed much, the food (I think the same menu) has changed a lot, prices are very high for the portions and the lack luster flavor has no passion, but for basic Pub food after a couple of pints, just not what I remembered and only OK at best. But please don't take a negative from the food... It's a pub! The atmosphere is great, the people are even better and most of the staff is friendly and welcoming. Thanks for remembering, that in its self has won a customer and his friends for life.
