  • My husband and I have visited this location 3 times in the past several years and the 3rd time will definitely be our last. I will preface this review by saying that our 1st time here, we ate in the main dining room and had a great experience so, my gripe is really about the bar (which we visited the last 2 times). We stopped in the bar for a bite before one of the pre-season Panthers game and felt like we were not wanted. The staff acted irritated that we were there and were not attentive at all, but we sucked it up. When we hesitantly walked in few weeks ago, we were literally the first ones to sit at the bar because they had just opened. I think we were there for about 5 min before we got up and left. Absolutely no acknowledgement was made by the 2 bartenders....well, actually they did look at us as they were greeting their friends who sat down after. The 2nd experience left such a bad taste in our mouths that we didn't have the patience for a 3rd. We walked down to Chima and were greeted by a pretty busy bartender before we even sat down. My husband currently works in the restaurant industry and I worked as a server/hostess for 8 years so, we get it. This type of service two times in a row was just plain unacceptable and we will not be back.
