  • While our initial experience with NVPS was not quite what we had hoped, we were contacted by both Clay and Dr. Gitt, who were truly understanding and apologetic for our experience. They were patient with us while we decided if we would go back to the practice to seek help for our daughters ongoing battle with acne. We were treated so kindly when we opted to give this practice another chance. Everyone we experienced at our visit was helpful and truly desired to do whatever it takes to help our daughter. This practice went above and beyond, in my opinion, to make us feel like we mattered....that our business mattered. The care, concern and service we received exceed our expectations. Additionally, the medical aesthetician, Camille, was fabulous. My daughter absolutely loved her! I would highly recommend this practice because while our initial experience wasn't what we had expected, they worked so hard to make things right and that is what sets apart an average business from an excellent business!
