rev:text	Booked a room weeks in advance, showed up and was told "sorry, we're full -- we booked you elsewhere" -- elsewhere is a glorified Motel 6... No call, no email, no text message -- nothing. No excuse for such poor service. I could easily have booked another resort if they'd just have been a little less greedy about hoping to have an opening.
