  • This is the 5th straight year that we have stayed here for a stay cation. We bring 15 guest to enjoy the beautiful faculty and play tennis. The organizer of our event calls in advance to secure tennis courts for our annual tennis event and enjoying the beautiful facility. In contacting Jennifer Burke to secure courts as we do every year while staying at the venue and she immediately had attitude and said we could not reserve courts . It was expressed that we have 15 guest staying at the venue. She refused to offer a schedule for our group to play early because she said she may have other reservations. Contacting her the day prior still refused. We were instructed by Jennifer's staff that they were told not to provide towels or water. This is the poorest service I have ever received from the Hyatt and as a rewards member speaks very poorly of how we are treated as guest. I would love to have this addressed. Not wanting to provide water and towels after we are forced to play at 10 am when the other courts were unoccupied is very unprofessional. My room number.
