  • I've changed houses and husbands but I'm still a loyal customer for over 27 years. B & B has a great business model selling new but slightly scratched or dinged appliances for much less than you could buy them elsewhere. They also sell refurbished appliances. Both types are name brands. Unfortunately, like most manufacturers of anything in the US, appliance manufacturers have gone to using less expensive parts, plastic not metal, from foreign countries. Large appliances don't last like they used to so why plunk down up to $1,500 more when you could pay less for something no one will even see. Since this sounds more like a sales pitch than a review, I will add the repairman that came to the house to check out the old fridge literally took it apart. They call in the morning and tell you when they are going to be there with a two hour window. For both the service call and delivery they were at the beginning of the time nearly to the minute. I appreciate these things, customer service, promptness and value. Go see them.
