  • I was just walking to my bus stop to catch a bus to Square One where I transfer to GO Transit. However the driver snuck up on me from behind while I was still some way from the stop. Next thing I know a big Miway bus slowly pulls up beside me, still about 50 feet from the stop. He could legitimately have driven by and proceeded through the intersection. Instead he stopped, guessing I was looking for a lift! This is customer service!!
