  • I once liked platos closet, but never again will I shop there. It was completely unorganized with the wrong sizes in the sections to begin with. While in the dressing room a staff member opened my door for another customer and instead of apologizing she said "oh well you're done right" I then took up one item to check out and stood there for 10 minutes with no one in front of me while 3 people at the counter were on their phones or singing to the music. When someone finally rang me up she tossed my item to me and said "you don't need a bag right", I'm yes I do actually.... It's unmanaged teenagers who have no manners and a mess to pick through.
