The manager or owner of the establishment apologised for this and we made an agreement that I would receive a #10 upon my next visit.
I did not visit the next day, or the day after that, but I did visit the day after, and made it clear that I was here for my #10 combo, and that I would be making another purchase as well.
He proceeded to tell his staff that I was receiving a 20% discount, and I asked him about the #10 combo that we agreed upon days earlier.
He has a temper and treats prospective customers, and I'm sorry to be completely curt, but with indignity and complete rudeness.
I did not receive my full refund for the lack of employee discount, which was 20%.
Despite the very awkward and disheartening experience, I do have to give some constructive criticism.
The cheesey pretzel dog combo, the #9, was definitely not worth the price paid, even if it was with a discount. I, upon looking in the bag, was very dissatisfied with my purchase.
