  • I gotta' say, there's just something about this place that I really like. Set in the middle of Craig St. close to both Pitt and Carnegie-Mellon, the Union Grill offers solid comforts and some reasonably priced spirits to "wash it down." It's a cozy, pub-style restaurant that serves simple fare including soups, salads, and a bevy of mouth-watering sandwiches (and burgers) served swiftly and well portioned. This is the type of place you can come for any reason, with any group - including kids. Friendly service seems to also be a staple here...so if you're in the area, pop in for a pint...or maybe a fish sandwich...you won't be disappointed.
