  • Very very rude customer service. I will never use them again. I spent over $1,000 on kitchen wares and when I called to complain that my $43 cook book holder fell apart the customer service person was so rude and condescending. When I asked the woman if she was the owner she replied " Why would the owner be answering the phone"? I then spoke with "The owner" who was just as bad as his staff. Therefore, I am a customer who spent over $1,0000 and I will never shop there again. They just lost a lot of business.
