I bought a Groupon from here in June 2016. Had an awful experience, so I wrote a bad review on Groupon. She replies today, 9 months later being totally rude once again. Groupon doesn't post bad reviews by the way....
My review:
"This is not a spa. This place was nasty and sketchy. Do not come here!!! It's like a little office building with a few rooms, dirty, filthy rooms with used towels on the table that you're expected to lay on. The girl that helped me was so rude and unprofessional. I have never been so uncomfortable. I had a rash afterwards too. She had no clue what she was doing."
Her response:
"Hmmm...this is a first. In the 7 years of business I've never given any of my clients a rash. I don't double dip and keep all utensils sanitized. You could not have possibly visited the same establishment because it is super cute with chandeliers and open space. Definitely not what you described. The salon is cleaned once a week by a professional and not at all sketchy. I advise anyone and everyone to come experience on their own. I can't please every body and find this review to be inaccurate."
Obviously this isn't a first for you because you have bad reviews saying the same things all over your Yelp profile. Several people complained about being red and sore after a waxing with you. Also people have complained about you being rude and being late all the time. And now you're a liar too. You have zero customer service skills. And i question your licence to be doing what you do. You don't write back to a customer who had a bad experience with you being rude about it. When i went to this "spa", it was nasty and sketchy. I don't know if things have changed in the past 9 months but that's how it was when I went. I will never come back or recommend this place to anyone. Go to an actual spa with an actual professional.
