  • Beware! If you try to "relocate" or transfer your service from one address to another one, the technician will scam you. They start a new account, rather than transferring. They give you new equipment and take your old equipment. It took me over 9 months to clear my account, and they would only give me 50% credit, and kept charging me for my old address.
