  • They did not have car I reserved online. So of course I had to pay more for a upgrade even though I booked over a week in advance. I asked about insurance and told it would about 8.99 a day. When I got bill insurance actually was 19.99 a day. I think since I reserved a car in advance and they did not have what I requested I should not of been charged the up charge. Probably use Budget next time.
