As someone that frequents between Ulta and Sephora, I'll say I will not be returning to this Ulta ever again. I stopped in to pick up a few little things since I was grocery shopping near by and I had never felt so stereotyped. As I walked a woman working with longer dark hair just followed me with every step I took. I get watching customers, but just staring at someone and not even offering assistance isn't a good way to detour theft.
I'm a retail manager and I teach my staff to kill them with kindness. Go the extra mile with good customer service and don't give someone the option to steal. Following around a customer that's 9 months pregnant just trying to find eyeliner (and could have used your help) is not how to keep theft out of your store.
This stores staff needs some serious training.
