  • Cowfish has been bookmarked since they opened. Luckily, I was out with friends that also enjoy sushi so we decided to make an impromptu visit. I LOVED it!! We ordered 3 different rolls (Blackened Tuna, Mad Mango-Cado, and Mark's Roll) to share and I enjoyed them all! The Mark's Roll was my favorite! The restaurant was very clean and the service was very friendly. However, I am giving a 4 star rating instead of 5 because although the service was friendly, it was a bit slow and our server completely forgot to bring our appetizer. Hands-down...the best sushi that I have had in Charlotte. I can't wait to go back!
