| - This is probably my 3rd time at Serendipity 3... Not sure why I keep going, maybe it's for the convenience of being around Caesars, PH, and Quad which we often stay at. The table service is always really slow. If you want to get seated quickly, you can go to one of the two bars, inside and outside, but you may still have to wait a while either for your server to get to you or for your food to come out.
What I do enjoy about Serendipity 3 is the ambiance outdoors. While you eat, you get to people watch on the strip; kind of gives that full Vegas experience.
I don't know what is is about me that I always order the $30 steak and egg sandwich. You can't really go wrong with it, but then again, there has to be other things that are good on the menu. I almost always never eat the bread; I might as well go somewhere else for steak and eggs. The menu is really just two full pages, so you are not really left with much selection; that entree seems to be the best sounding one.
We also ordered the pulled pork on a pretzel bun this time around. I was a fan of the description, but not a fan of the entree when it finally came out. Although the bun was decent, the sauce was a bit too sweet for my liking.
For the steak and egg sandwich and pulled pork on a pretzel bun, the total came out to about $70. Good thing we didn't order alcohol! It's Vegas, everything at the hotels or on the strip are overpriced for not that great a value. I go to Vegas so much; next time, I need to be more of a local.
