TL;DR - Expect hot and cold water fluctuation while showering. Motel level cleanliness but with very comfy bed. Nice front desk staff with nice old school feel decors in the lobby.
Parking is free via validation, which lasts 4 hours. You can ask for a guest ticket, so you won't have to ask them to validate every time you want to go out. The location is decent, the lobby is nice and cozy.
There's a fridge n each room, but no microwave, and they won't microwave food for you downstairs per new policy.
The room was very sound-proof, a bit dirty, but with comfy bed. The shower was definitely the worst part of the stay. One second you'll be showering with a nice warm water, then the hot water would run out without warning leaving you shivering with cold water only. This happened every night during our stay.
I would not pay a full price to stay here and value this place between $60-$70 a night post-tax max, which was around what I paid.
