I believe the day pass was $35. Complimentary tea sounds like a silly amenity, but the cool iced fruity tea was a tremendous boost when lounging in the heated tubs and sauna. I went on a weekday in August and spent an easy 3 hours. I didn't get a treatment and now that I know, I wouldn't get one next time since I felt so ridiculously relaxed without even getting a massage. Time in those baths, sauna, steam were far more relaxing than any massage I've had. I could have spent a few more hours napping & reading 50 shades of Grey, but I was on vacation and had to paint the town.
Even more important than the cool, refreshing tea, were the mint infused face clothes. I cannot understate how wonderful these things are. I must have gone through 10. They are soaked in what must be a 50% solution of mint oil or something--they're amazing.
There's definitely a few issues that need to be addressed. The complaints about the arctic room were still valid in August 2012. It just plops a goopy mess and is very uninviting. If it doesn't work and you're not willing to fix it, for godsake get someone to disconnect it. It's awful. It seems like the heated lounges (which were wonderful, especially padded by my robe, reading my book) had lights underneath which were coming loose.
The showers were roomy and there's sufficient space for not geting your things wet. I would not dream of using the brushes they "sanitized"--they looked dirty. You cannot use your cell phone but they provide lockers for all your things.
