  • Pittsburgh star chef Kevin Sousa was the consulting chef here for a period of time, before working on opening his own establishment - Salt of the Earth. His talent still shows itself in the creative taco-based menu, and I'm hoping that even after he has left this fantastic dinner spot continues to be one of my favorite dining treats in the burgh. It's vegetarian friendly, has an excellent selection of interesting cocktails (some of which were created by yet another local star bartender who has also moved on to Embury), and the service is.. good enough. Check it out!
